Hello, I had the same issue on iPhone 11 Pro after the latest update. the problem was solved by the following : 1- full iCloud backup . 2- reset all content on iPhone . 3- restore iPhone iOS from laptop . 4- restore the iPhone data from iCloud backup not laptop . the battery health came back 100% . Hope it works fo you.
